01. Assess
Unlike the others, we can visit you, with no callout fee.
If we are able to do a first time fix over the phone, then there is no fee.
We then talk though the issues you are having or want to achieve.
In most cases, we can visit same day, depending on your schedule and how busy we are.
02. Quote
Once discussed, we will then quote you for the job or coaching, including labour and any parts if needed.
However, in some (rare) cases we may need to take the equipment away to give you an accurate quote and to know if parts are available.
If you are happy for us to go ahead, then a valid signature is needed. If you want to think about the quote, that’s fine.
Either way, you are backed by our no fix, no fee promise.
Which means, in the unlikelihood of an unsuccessful repair, you won’t pay a charge.
03. Repair
In most cases, we can repair on-site.
But for any major jobs such as hardware upgrades, or software upgrades, the equipment will need to be taken away.
We can get started on the repair, then final checks are then done to ensure your system arrived back to you in fully operational status.
04. Done
Once your equipment is back in your hands, that’s it. We accept PayPal, bank transfer or cash. Crypto is not accepted due to volatile risk.
