Is my laptop suitable for a multisceen upgrade?

Jack investigated, explained the limitations of my pc & the options of what would work.

He sourced the products, carried out a comprehensive upgrade was kind enough to complete other updates for me at the same time. It was a reassuringly good experince.

I have a PC which was taking a couple of minutes to load after I switched on. Jack came over within a day and spent an hour fixing. Would gladly use his services again.

I contacted Jack about a printer problem and he helped me to fix the issue myself, which was amazing, as I am not tech savvy. When I replace my devices in the future I will be contacting him for his valuable advice.

Came out to us the same day and took away one of our PCs for repair, and had it back within a couple of days. Super quick service, and very reasonable pricing!

We were in the market for a new pc and wanted someone knowledgeable to advise on the best options available to us, and to assist with the set up of the new machine. Jack went above and beyond our expectations by custom building a machine that perfectly matched our needs – the spec of which was considerable better than any off-the-shelf option. After building the machine in his workshop, he took our old pc away for less than 12 hours to do the file transfer, and returned the new machine to us ready to go. He also tweaked our mobile phones so they properly synchronised to the pc for the first time ever. Overall, we were delighted with his professionalism, IT skills and customer service.

Jack is a pleasant person and full of knowledge he advised me what computer or laptop was no good and which ones to save of which he repaired, he repaired my printer and gave me some advice on web sites, his prices are good.

Jack was extremely helpful & courteous plus knowledgeable and above all patent because I can put my computer knowledge on the back of a postage stamp, he advised me on what I needed after our discussion of my needs which was to upgrade to a more modern laptop which he sourced and setup for me, I was kept informed as to the progress of the work also updated my Sat Nav’s as I did not have a working laptop to do this. I would highly recommend this company.
